4. Retention and Use Period

• Destroyed immediately upon account deletion (except where retention is required by law)
• Guest accounts: Automatically deleted within 24 hours of creation

The Company delegates certain data processing tasks for service operation as follows:

• Cloud infrastructure and data processing: Google LLC
• Payment processing: RevenueCat Inc.

Delegated parties are prohibited from using personal information beyond the delegated purpose and manage data securely in accordance with applicable laws.

9. Location Information

Location information is collected when using the Energy Walk feature; it is not collected if this feature is not used. Location information is used solely for walking route guidance, and records are saved to the server after each walk. Users can revoke location permissions in their device settings.

10. Cookies and Automatic Collection

The Company's service operates as a mobile app and does not use web cookies. Service usage records may be automatically collected within the app and are used solely for service improvement purposes.
